The way most families coordinate:
- three different calendars that don’t talk.
- a whiteboard nobody updates.
- a group chat full of “did you see my message?”
- one person carrying all of it in their head.
Wallaby puts everything in one place — on a screen everyone can see.
Everything a family runs on.
Calendar
Everyone’s schedule, color-coded per person, pulled from the calendars you already use.
Meals
Plan the week once. The grocery list writes itself.
Chores
Assigned, tracked, and gamified for kids — points, streaks, and a family leaderboard.
Grocery
Auto-filled from the meal plan. Check things off at the store from any phone.
Your family’s command center.
Always on. Always current.
Walk past and know what’s happening today — without touching your phone.

Questions, answered.
Do I need a Raspberry Pi or special hardware?+
No — Wallaby works on any screen. Smart TV, tablet, old laptop, or a cheap Amazon Fire tablet mounted on the wall. A Pi works great but it’s optional.
How does the wall display stay updated?+
The display refreshes automatically in the background. When someone adds an event to their calendar, it appears on the wall within minutes. No manual syncing.
Which calendars does it work with?+
Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook — anything with an iCal feed. Each family member connects their own calendar.
Is my family’s data private?+
Yes. Your data lives on our servers and is never sold or shared. If you self-host on a Pi, your data never leaves your home.
Can my kids use it?+
Yes — each family member gets their own login. Kids see their chores, check them off on their phone, and earn points on the leaderboard.
What happens after the free trial?+
You choose a plan — monthly or annual. No credit card is required during the trial. If you don’t subscribe, your account pauses and your data is saved for 30 days.
